Fish House Punch

  • 1 1⁄2 oz dark rum
  • 1 1⁄2 oz Brandy (VSOP or any brandy/cognac)
  • 1⁄2 oz Peach (or, possibly, apple) Brandy
  • 3⁄4 oz simple syrup
  • 3⁄4 oz lemon juice
  • Lemon wheel for garnish

Combine the dark rum, brandy, peach brandy, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a punch glass filled with ice and garnish with the lemon wheel.
