Maple Bourbon Smash

2 oz. bourbon 1 oz. lemon juice 1 oz. maple syrup Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass with a single large ice cube, garnish with lemon peel.

Whisky Sour

2 oz. bourbon or rye 3/4 oz. lemon juice 3/4 oz. simple syrup egg white or aquafaba Dry shake (shake without ice) first, then shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with lemon.
