1 1/2 oz. gin 3/4 oz. lemon juice 1/2 oz. simple syrup Dry champagne Shake (sans champagne) with ice, strain into a flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist. Named after this.

Maple Bourbon Smash

2 oz. bourbon 1 oz. lemon juice 1 oz. maple syrup Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass with a single large ice cube, garnish with lemon peel.

Aviation

1 1/2 oz. gin 1/2 oz. maraschino 1/2 oz. lemon juice 1/4 oz. creme de violette Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Without the creme de violette, it's a Casino.
