Tequila Honey Bee

  • Mezcal rinse (del maguey)
  • 2 oz reposado tequila
  • 1 oz honey syrup
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 lemon peel for garnish

Shake ingredients well with ice. Pour into glass. Add 2 dashes of bitters on top of drink. Garnish with lemon peel.
