Summer Berry Mule

  • 2oz rye
  • 1oz lemon juice
  • 1oz berry syrup

Shake and strain. Top with ginger beer.

Berry syrup is simple: 1:1 simple syrup, with 2 cups of berries - blackberries, blueberries, etc. (Frozen mixed berries works fine). Simmer, mash, strain. Keeps a couple weeks.
