Jalapeno Whisky Daisy

  • 3 oz Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye
  • 1⁄2 oz Cynar (substitute another amaro)
  • 1⁄2 oz raw Agave syrup
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (remove seeds beforehand for less heat)
  • 1 oz Tuaca Vanilla/Orange liqueur
  • 4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Mole bitters

Shake and strain. Note that proportions are for two.
